The Miz, Maryse and Daniel Bryan Backstage Segment:
Miz and Maryse are middle of a photo shoot. Bryan wants to talk to Miz. Miz says that he’s busy. Tonight is Mizgiving and there’s going to be a massive celebration. Daniel Bryan will come down to the ring and for being the careless general manager he is, he’ll congratulate Miz for defeating Sami Zayn at Survivor Series. Bryan says that Miz humiliated SmackDown Live on Sunday by having your wife, Maryse getting involved in the match.
Miz did what Daniel Bryan and Dolph Ziggler couldn’t do, he was a fighting champion that was successful. Bryan knew it was a calculated risk putting the IC Title on the line, but he hoped Kalisto was going to bring the Cruiserweight Division to SmackDown Live, but Baron Corbin ruin that. Bryan announces that Miz will put his title on the line tonight against Kalisto. Miz says that Kalisto doesn’t deserve a title shot. Bryan says that Miz shouldn’t be spending his time protesting because that match is next.
