Dolph Ziggler on the Brand Split Reinventing Him
As noted, WWE Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler recently participated in an international media call to promote WWE’s upcoming UK tour, and below is what Ziggler had to say about the WWE brand split, via The Sun:
I said the brand split would be a chance for a lot of up-and-coming guys to get a chance to be on television, get a few minutes of microphone time or introduce themselves. I didn’t see it happening for me but it has actually given me a chance to be myself and not memorise something or say a catchphrase. It has been real and reinvented me.”
Otunga Responds to “No Chin Music” Criticism
As seen on WWE Smackdown, announcer David Otunga referred to James Ellsworth’s superkick as “No Chin Music”, and the line got some buzz on social media when a fan suggested the line was fed to Otunga by a producer, and he didn’t come up with it himself. Otunga responded with the following Tweet:
Ok, so when I say something clever, you automatically assume a producer fed it to me?! I have a muthaf*%#in‘ Harvard Law Degree. dropped. https://t.co/p28SLtEv0N
