TJ Perkins vs The Brian Kendrick
Before the match starts, Kendrick tries to shake TJP’s hand. TJP reluctantly accepts. As soon as the bell rings TJP dropkicks Kendrick. Kendrick tumbles to the outside. TJP feints a splash to the outside. Kendrick gets back in the ring, but TJP back body drops him. Kendrick whips TJP into the ropes, but TJP springboards off the second rope and splashes Kendrick. Kendrick ends up on the outside of the ring once more. TJP dropkicks him through the ropes. Kendrick tries to grabs TJP, but TJP skins the cat, then dives over the top rope with a corkscrew plancha.
Kendrick surprises TJP with a big boot. Kendrick jams TJP’s hand into the metal turnbuckle. Kendrick stands on TJP’s hand (that must hurt). After a break, Kendrick side steps a charging TJP. Kendrick mounts the top rope, but TJP cuts him off and hurricanranas him off the top rope. Kendrick charges TJP, but TJP catches him in a Manhattan drop, followed by a head scissors. TJP takes Kendrick up and lands the inverted lung blower. TJP only gets a two count, but as Kendrick kicks out TJP wraps him up in the knee bar. Kendrick crawls to the ropes to break the hold. Kendrick trips TJP into the turnbuckle. Kendrick hits the Sliced Bread #2 for a near fall. Kendrick locks in the Captain’s hook, but TJP reverses it into a pin. Kendrick kicks out.
TJP trips Kendrick into the ropes and hits the wrecking ball dropkick. TJP attempts to set up a fireman’s carry, but Kendrick rakes TJP’s eyes. Kendrick locks in the Captain’s Hook once again. TJP taps out.
