Top Indy Star Says Fans Calling Him a C**T Made Him “Quite Happy”
Ahead of tomorrow’s biggest ever show for the critically-acclaimed London promotion in front of 2400 fans at Brixton Academy, top PROGRESS star Jimmy Havoc spoke with talkSPORT.
During the interview, Havoc made a very surprising admission about nerves in the ring, and had the following to say on being Champion when PROGRESS first moved to a much larger venue:
“I was still feeling like I wasn’t decent enough to be champion or whatever but when I walked out to 700 people screaming at me that I was a c***, all with their middle fingers extended… that made me quite happy!”
