WWE Hawaii Live Event Sells Out, Secondary Market Ticket Prices Skyrocket

After officially selling out, the secondary market for tickets to WWE’s June 29th Live Event in Honolulu has exploded. According to TiqIQ, the cheapest tickets available are listed at $180, with the average asking price $326. Highest price ticket sold since the sellout has been $500.

Hornswoggle Added to Another Indy Event

Absolute Intense Wrestling has announced former WWE Star Hornswoggle has been added to the upcoming JT Lightning Invitational:

The prestigious JT Lightning Invitational Tournament is a two night 24 person professional wrestling tournament presented by Absolute Intense Wrestling celebrating the life of long time Cleveland area professional wrestling promoter James “JT Lightning” Haase who tragically died of cancer in 2011 at the age of 41.

The JT Lightning Invitational Tournament was created in 2012 to honor the memory of the late, great JT Lightning who with his Cleveland All Pro Wrestling promotion helped launch the careers of many Cleveland based professional wrestlers throughout the 1990’s and early 2000’s and gave young upstarts from the Midwest such as CM Punk and Colt Cabana a place to work on a regular basis and hone their craft.

Since 2012 the tournament has become one of the most talked about independent wrestling events in the entire world and has featured some of the biggest stars in the industry and the 2016 tournament is shaping up to be the biggest tournament to date. The two night tournament will take place on May 27th & 28th in Cleveland, Ohio and will feature 24 of the very best professional wrestlers in the world including Former UFC Champion and current UFC Hall Of Famer Dan “The Beast” Severn, Raymond Rowe, DJ Z,Homicide, Mexico’s Laredo Kid, Ireland’s Damo O’Connor, Tracy Williams, and many more.

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
