Chyna’s Manager Speaks on Her Possible Cause of Death
Hello and welcome to the WrestleTalk News! I’m Oli Davis, and our top story today is the seriously strange behaviour of a number of old school WWE stars. But first:
Chyna’s manager has revealed that the former WWE star apparently died from a lethal cocktail of prescription drugs.
Speaking with the New York Daily News, Anthony Anzaldo revealed that Chyna had unintentionally overdosed on a mixture of Valium and Ambien, used to treat anxiety and insomnia respectively.
Anzaldo explained further that Chyna had been “inappropriately taking her legally prescribed medication over the course of two or three weeks.” And that by Sunday night, “her body had enough.”
He clarified that he does NOT think that Chyna overdosed on purpose in a suicide attempt, but that the gradual increase in her medication over time had finally caught up with her.
We should make clear that this is still a theory at this point, albeit one from someone very close to Chyna. Her official toxicology results won’t return for another eight months.
