Mil Muertes & Catrina Segment:
Catrina informs Mil that the Disciples of Death have gain entry in the Trio’s Tournament. They ask for forgiveness. Mil tells the DOD to rise, but Catrina tells them to leave. Catrina says that they will not fail and next week they will get one step closer to becoming the three time Lucha Underground Trio’s Champion and Mil Muertes will also become the Lucha Underground Champion. Just know, the Matanza is unlike any person that Mil has ever competed against. Mil flex’s in frustration
Third Match: Rey Mysterio, Dragon Azteca Jr and Prince Puma vs. Johnny Mundo, Taya Valkyrie and Brian Cage in a First Round Match in the Trio’s Tournament
Cage and Azteca starts off the match. Cage with a side headlock takeover to Azteca. Cage drops Azteca with a shoulder tackle. Azteca with a dropkick, but Cage stands still. Azteca with multiple boots to Cage. Azteca with a corkscrew armdrag to Cage. Azteca ducks multiple lariats from Cage and tags in Puma. Puma with a enziguri, but Cage stand still. Puma with a tilt-a-whirl hurricanrana. Mundo tags himself in. Mundo with a shoulder tackle to Puma. Puma with a hand spring hurricanrana to Mundo. Valkyrie distracts Puma. Mundo with the Moonlight Driver for a two count. Mundo with a parkour flip for a two count. Mundo drafs Puma to the corner and tags in Valkyrie. Valkyrie with a boot to the face of Puma for a two count. Valkyrie with a series of clubbing blows to the back of Puma. Valkyrie lands a couple of forearms. Valkyrie distracts the referee and Mundo lands a couple of forearms. Valkyrie with another running boot for a two count. Cage tags himself in. Cage with a sitout powerbomb for a two count. Cage connects with a standing moonsault for a two count. Mundo rolls a chair into the ring, but Cage kicks it out. Cage slaps Mundo in the face as he tags him. Valkyrie and Mundo double teams Puma in the corner.
Puma launches Mundo to the outside. Puma with a big boot to Cage. Puma goes for the pin, but Mundo knocks Mysterio off the ring apron. Puma with a enziguri to Cage. Puma tags in Azteca. Azteca with a basement dropkick to Valkyrie. Azteca with a hurricanrana for a two count. Mundo and Valkyrie double teams Azteca. Azteca tags in Mysterio. Mysterio with the seated senton to Mundo. Mysterio with a beautiful transition where he bodyscissors Valkyrie and lands a armdrag to Mundo at the same time. Mysterio with a drop toe hold that has Mundo crashing face first to one of the bottom turnbuckles. Mysterio with a drop toe hold that sends Valkyrie to the crotch section of Mundo. Mysterio gets Mundo and Valkyrie in position for the 619. Mundo and Valkyrie roll out of the ring. Puma and Azteca connect on separate tope’s and somersault plancha’s that knock Mundo and Valkyrie down on the outside. Cage drops Azteca with a clothesline. Mysterio with a springboard crossbody for a two count.
Mundo with a kick to the gut of Mysterio. Mysterio with a basement dropkick for a two count as Valkyrie breaks the pin attempt. Mundo and Valkyrie plants Mysterio with the Magic Killer for a two count. Puma and Azteca sends Mundo and Valkyrie to the outside. Cage drops Mysterio with a powerslam. Puma with a dropkick to the back of Cage that sends Mundo crashing crotch section first to the top rope. Azteca with a boot to the face of Valkyrie. Puma with the 630 Splash, but Mundo kicks out at the count of two. Mundo with the C4 to Puma. Valkyrie with a boot to the gut of Azteca. Valkyrie with the Northern Lights Suplex to Azteca for a two count. Cage launches Mysterio onto Valkyrie in the corner. Cage catches Puma and Azteca in mid-air and connects with a double samoan drop. Cage goes for the Weapon X, but Puma counters with a enziguri. Mundo goes for the springboard dropkick, but he hits Cage instead of Puma. Cage gets pissed and drops Mundo with a vicious clothesline. Mysterio with a moonsault off the top rope to Cage. Mysterio sends Mundo to the middle rope. Mysterio connects with the 619 to Mundo. Azteca drops Mundo with a tilt-a-whirl DDT. Mysterio with a seated senton off the ring apron onto Valkyrie on the outside. Azteca drops Cage with a over the top rope hurricanrana. Puma with the 630 Splash to Mundo to pickup the victory.
Winner: Rey Mysterio, Dragon Azteca and Prince Puma
Dario Cueto & Matanza Segment:
Cueto tells his brother that the man of thousand deaths will be a tough challenge, but now Matanza has the opportunity to fulfill his destiny. Cueto says that Matanza is the most powerful thing to him and he needs to get the job done. Cueto says that no one will handle the destruction from Matanza. Cueto tells Matanza to make him proud next week and bring death to the dead.
