Lita is in the ring with all of the WWE women’s wrestlers. She puts them all over. She is there to formally present the WWE Women’s championship to Charlotte. Charlotte and Ric Flair come to the ring. Lita give Charlotte the new belt and leaves the ring. Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks both look like they want to kill her. The crown chants that they want Bayley. Michael Cole plays spoiler and tell us that Bayley isn’t there. Charlotte thanks everyone watching at home and everyone in the arena. Charlotte says most importantly she wouldn’t be going down in the record books if it wasn’t for her dad Ric Flair.
Charlotte says a lot of these women have been here for six or seven years… she hasn’t even been there for a year and she was the last Divas champion and the first Women’s champion. Sasha Banks has heard enough. She leaves. Becky is soon behind her. All of the rest of them are not soon behind them. Natalya grabs a mic and says Charlotte needs to learn a lesson about humility. Natty challenges Charlotte to a match, but Charlotte brushes her off. Natty puts Charlotte in the sharp shooter, but Ric Flair pulls Charlotte out of the hold.
Renee Young is backstage with AJ Styles. Styles says it’s a new day in the WWE. Tonight starts a new era. That era is phenomenal.
