Intercontinental Champion Zack Ryder vs The Miz
Miz eats a drop kick from Ryder, followed by a middle rope dropkick. Ryder charges Miz in the corner, but Miz gets his boot up. Miz mounts the top rope, but Ryder cuts him off. Ryder hurricanranas him off the top. Miz rolls to the outside. Ryder kicks him through the ropes. After the break Ryder and Miz trade punches in the middle of the ring. Ryder tries to splash Miz, but Miz moves out of the way. Ryder sails over the top rope to the floor. Miz pulls Ryder back in the ring. After another Irish whip Ryder clotheslines Miz. Ryder attempts another middle rope drop kick, but Miz moves out of the way.
Miz almost hits the skull crushing finale, but Ryder rolls out of it. Ryder misses the rough Ryder. Miz misses a basement clothesline and Ryder rolls up Miz for a two count. Ryder hits a tope rope elbow drop for yet another near fall. Ryder calls for the Broski boot but Miz rolls out of the ring. Miz drives Ryder back first into the apron. Miz gets in Ryder’s dad’s face. Ryder’s dad pushes Miz down. Maryse hops the barricade and gets in Ryder’s dad’s face. Maryse slaps Ryder’s dad. Ryder is distracted long enough for Miz to hit the skull crushing finale for the win.

Backstage, Renee Young is with Kevin Owens. Owens says it took six other guys and ladders. How was that fair? Last night Sami Zayn robbed him of his IC title. He is on to bigger and better things. Owens says he is going to win tonight and go on to beat the Roman Empire. The road to KO Mania 2 starts tonight.
