WWE SmackDown Results (2/25) – Triple H Is The Law, Styles & Jericho Team Up, KO vs Big Show

Kevin Owens & Big Show Backstage Segment: 

Owens says that he was so inspired by the actions of Dean Ambrose the way that he took a beating from Brock Lesnar and then he commandeered or stole an ambulance to drive back to the arena. Ambrose dragged himself to the ring to confront Brock one more time.  It showed so much heart and deserves to be rewarded. Owens says that he is offering Ambrose his rematch tonight. Renee tells Owens that Ambrose is not here. Owens tells Renee that he hopes that Ambrose is at home recovering. Owens says that he has beaten everyone and Ambrose is the only one who deserved at title match and Owens now feels that he should get a night off as well. Big Show’s hand appears on Owens shoulder and Show says that Owens hasn’t beaten him. Owens says that is getting heavy as he pushes Show’s hand off.  Show says it can get heavier. Owens tells Big Show that this is the Road to KOMania, but Show must be looking for the Road to Retirement. Show grabs Owens by the collar and calls him a snarky piece of trash. He can take a detour on the Road to Retirement and KO KO. He tells Owens that he has a match with him later tonight.

Second Match: Jimmy Uso w/Jey Uso vs. D-Von Dudley w/Bubba Ray Dudley 

Bubba gets on the mic and he says that he knows what you want. You want the Dudleys to pull out a table and put someone through that table. You ain’t getting that. They ain’t a circus act. They ain’t a nostalgia act. They are nine time tag team champions. That makes them better than every single one of you. D-Von says they do not care what you want. 

They do things for themselves. They will make sure that they are the greatest tag team of all time. Bubba tells the WWE Universe that they can take their tables and their chants and shove it. Jimmy with a uppercut to D-Von. Jimmy connects with a enziguri. Jimmy goes for the corner running stinkface, but D-Von counters with a boot to Jimmy’s face. Jimmy with a superkick to D-Von. Jimmy goes up to the top rope. Bubba grabs a table from under the ring. This distracts the referee as Jey goes after Bubba. Bubba knocks Jimmy off the top rope. D-Von rolls Jimmy up to pickup the victory. 

Winner: D-Von Dudley
