More Details on Jimmy Snuka’s Case Being Delayed
As noted, Jimmy Snuka will not be going on trial on March 22nd, as his case has been delayed.
According to the Associated Press, Snuka’s defense attorney, Robert Kirwan II, filed a motion in Lehigh County , PA court claiming Snuka is mentally incompetent and “has no idea what charges he faces.”
The district attorney’s office is seeking an independent evaluation of Snuka’s condition to see if he is able to stand trial, and the DA added Snuka’s health was considered during the grand jury review in 2015. Snuka’s attorney, however, is claiming Snuka’s mental health has significantly deteriorated since then.
