Breeze says that Ambrose and Ziggler may laugh at him because he has something that they do not have, and that’s style. When it comes down to it, substance versus style, style wins every time. Tonight, he gets one step closer to adding the ultimate accessory to his wardrobe, the Intercontinental Title. Breeze says that it’s time to get gorgeous.
Dean Ambrose Backstage Interview:
Renee Young ask Ambrose about the number one contender match against Dolph Ziggler and Tyler Breeze. Dean says what a week. Luck had nothing to do with last Sunday. Ambrose pinned Kevin Owens and that wasn’t luck. Roman beat him for the title. Roman was the better man last night. Sheamus cashed in and it wasn’t luck. Dean says luck is winning the lottery. He steps in the ring with The Show Off and Mr. Fuzzy Boots McGee. Ambrose says he isn’t a betting man, but if he was and he walks away.
Fifth Match: Tyler Breeze w/Summer Rae vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Dean Ambrose in a Triple Threat Match to Number One Contender to the WWE Intercontinental Championship at WWE TLC
Breeze rolls out of the ring. Ziggler chases him. Ziggler clothesline Breeze over the top rope. Ambrose with a roll up for a one count. Ziggler with a side headlock take down. Ambrose counters with the head scissors. Ziggler escapes and locks a side headlock. Ambrose blocks a superkick and goes for a double underhook DDT and Ziggler rolls to the outside. Breeze attacks Ziggler from behind with a running forearm. Ambrose with a plancha to Breeze. Ziggler with a forearm to Ambrose. Ziggler has a stare off with Owens. Ambrose and Ziggler are fighting on the top turnbuckle. Ambrose is going for the superplex. Breeze sends Ziggler to the outside and Ambrose to the mat. Breeze with boots to the chest of Ambrose for a one count. Breeze put his knee behind Ambrose. Ambrose goes for the Rebound Clothesline, but Breeze grabs Ambrose ankles. Ziggler with a superkick to Ambrose. Ziggler with two running clotheslines, a neckbreaker and dropkick to Breeze. Ambrose dives off the turnbuckles and Ziggler counters with the Fameasser for a two count.
Ambrose goes for the Double Underhook DDT to Ziggler, but Breeze breaks it up a running forearm. Ambrose with a Rebound Clothesline to Ziggler. Breeze sends Ambrose to the outside he goes back to cover Ziggler, but only gets a two count. Ambrose and Ziggler both with cross body blocks into Breeze and all three men are down. Ambrose blocks a super kick and connects with chops and punches to Ziggler. Ambrose drop kicks Ziggler against the ropes. Ambrose with chops and punches to Breeze. Breeze with a super kick to Ambrose. Ziggler with a super kick to Breeze for a near for a two count. Breeze rolls to the outside. Ziggler runs into an elbow and Ambrose goes up top but Ziggler leaps up top. Ambrose knocks Ziggler off and then Ziggler moves when Ambrose comes off the top rope. Ziggler with a Zig Zag to Ambrose but Breeze breaks up the cover. Breeze tries for a suplex but Ziggler escapes and tries for an O’Connor Roll and he gets a near fall. Breeze with a near fall. Breeze with a Beauty Shot to Ziggler and goes for the Unprettier but Ambrose counters with the Dirty Deeds to pickup the victory. After the match, Ambrose and Owens have a stare off. Ambrose pushes Owens back into his seat and then Owens gets in Ambrose’s face before he “Walks Owens Walks.”
Winner: Dean Ambrose
