Bubba The Love Sponge Will Not Be Charged
It was reported yesterday by FOX 13 in Tampa, FL that Hulk Hogan’s sex tape was leaked by a close friend of Bubba The Love Sponge, Matthew “Spice Boy” Loyd.
Today, 10 Investigates, also out of Tampa, has new updates in regards to whether or not Bubba will be charged. They are reporting that Hillsborough State Attorney Mark Ober will not be pressing charges against Bubba. A spokesmen for Ober says that the office does not think they could get a conviction. In response criminal defense attorney John Trevena had this to say:
I’m at a loss to explain this one. The documents are very clear , the evidence seemed to be very very clear and the elements of the crime seem to be fulfilled. I find it inexplicable that they wouldn’t want to pursue that.
