Breaking Down Opponents
Blake Mitchamore has a new blog on CSRWrestling.com where he breaks down possible opponents for Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania. Here’s a sample:
Candidate 1: Stone Cold Steve Austin – 15%
This is the match as fans that we WANT to see. This is the match we’ve always wanted but never received. I just don’t see it happening. I don’t think Steve would return for a main event match at WrestleMania unless he thought he could still be the same Stone Cold he was in his prime. His body and the thirteen plus years he’s been away from in-ring action just won’t allow that.
Candidate 2: Roman Reigns- 20%
Yes Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar had a great match last year at WrestleMania. Yes there was no real winner between the two of them since Seth Rollins cashed in. Unless you are willing to commit to a full fledged heel turn for Roman Reigns I don’t have any desire to see this match two years in a row. I think putting a baby face Roman Reigns up against a baby face Brock Lesnar again will only hurt Roman.
