Dusty Rhodes
Rob Naylor, a former WWE / NXT creative assistant, recently posted a Tweet featuring a photo of an old performance review by Dusty Rhodes dating back to 2013.
In the review (pictured below), Rhodes was evaluating current NXT Women’s Champion Bayley, and said the following:

Hard little worker. Very good in the ring and trying to find her way outside the ring. If we do recreate the divas division, she could have a place, I love working with her.
