Kelly Kelly Recalls Vince McMahon Dancing for Her in His Office
Former WWE Diva Kelly Kelly, real name Barbie Blank, was a recent guest on The Steve Austin Show, and during the interview, she talked about her original role in WWE as an exhibitionist dancer in the ECW brand.
Blank said Paul Heyman called her up one day and explained to her that he wanted her to have the gimmick which would feature a dance segment on the ECW TV show. Blank told Heyman she had no rhythm, but Heyman assured her she would be ok. Blank then had the following to say about Vince calling her into his office about the new gimmick idea:
“My first day I was in Vince’s office and he’s like, ‘I have this whole idea. I have this whole plan for the dance I want you to do.’ So he showed me this whole dance. I was dying because I was like 19 years old and watching Vince McMahon and WWE for my whole life and now I’m sitting here with Vince McMahon and you’re showing me how to dance. It was the funniest.”
