Balor climbs the ladder and Owens pulls him back, whips him into the second ladder in the corner and sets up a cannonball. Balor rolls away and Owens hits the ladder, then Balor dropkicks him in the corner and hits Coup de Grace and climbs the ladder. Owens grabs Balor’s leg and powerbombs him from the ladder, then he heads outside and attempts a pop-up powerbomb on the ring apron. Balor lands on his feet and kicks Owens in the face, then he goes for a double stomp but Owens avoids it and powerbombs Balor on the side of the ring.
Owens sets the ladder up and Balor tips it over, but Owens lands on his feet and kicks Balor in the face. Owens sets the ladder up and Balor tries to get up, but Owens tells him to stay down and kicks him in the face. He screams at Balor as he stomps him, then Owens gets a second ladder and wedges it in between the turnbuckles and the opened ladder’s rungs. He climbs one side and drags Balor to the top with him, setting up for a cradle superplex on it, but Balor blocks it. Balor hits him with some forearm shots, then he headbutts Owens and Owens slams facefirst off the wedged ladder. Balor turns and tries to climb but Owens starts to stir, so Balor double stomps him off the ladder and takes the title down to retain.
