Reports say Afa the Wild Samoan was angry that Anoa’i family member Samu was not invited to last week’s WWE Hall of Fame ceremony during Wrestlemania 31 weekend.

Not only was Samu the former tag team partner of Rikishi as the Samoan Swat Team / The Headshrinkers, but he is Afa’s son. Samu being left out of the ceremony not only angered Afa, but Roman Reigns’ father, Sika, as well. WWE did end up inviting Samu and everything was supposed to have been calmed down, but the family was already upset over a few incidents, including Reigns not winning the WWE World Heavyweight Championship as it was expected.

This report is the latest in the family’s reported feelings during Wrestlemania weekend, which also included Rikishi’s Too Cool stablemates, Scotty 2 Hotty and Brian “Grandmaster Sexay” Christopher, being upset about the lack of a mention in Rikishi’s speech.

DirecTV Negotiating With WWE

A new report suggests DirecTV negotiating with WWE about pay-per-view broadcasts is a possibility after ending service due to the WWE Network.

DirecTV may try and work a deal out with WWE about running wrestling events again because they want to get back on good terms with the company.
