Update On The Rock’s New Film
Variety is reporting Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and comedian Kevin Hart will star together in the new film “Central Intelligence,” and the project has a new release date of June 17th, 2016.
The synopsis is as follows:
Hart plays a former high school sports star-turned-accountant contacted by a classmate (Johnson) who was bullied and humiliated as a teen but is now a CIA contract killer, who proceeds to rope him into helping foil a plot to sell classified military secrets.
“Central Intelligence” faces some competition as it is opening against Disney’s “Finding Dory,” the sequel to Finding Nemo.
