Bellator MMA has announced Ken Shamrock vs. Kimbo Slice for their “Unfinished Business” event on June 20th.
Shamrock, a 51-year-old former WWE Intercontinental Champion and King of the Ring winner, hasn’t competed since 2010. He lost 7 of his last 10 fights, and was released from his UFC contract in 2007 with a lot of drama between him and company president Dana White.
Kimbo, a famed street fighter and YouTube personality, has a 4-2 professional fight record and also hasn’t competed since 2010. He was booked to fight Shamrock in a high profile feud back in 2008 for EliteXC, but the bout was cancelled and the promotion folded.
Bellator MMA: Unfinished Business will air live and free on Spike TV from the Scottrade Center in St. Louis. For more MMA related news, visit Sherdog.com.
