Former UFC Champion Josh Barnett joins “Inside MMA” with Kenny Rice and Bas Rutten to preview this week’s debut of New Japan Pro Wrestling on AXS TV.
Barnett wrestled dozens of matches for New Japan between 2003 and 2004 after leaving the UFC. He was booked incredibly strong, winning most of his singles matches and tag team matches over names like Tiger Mask IV, Jushin “Thunder” Liger and Katsuyori Shibata.
He will join Mauro Ranallo on commentary for a 13-episode broadcast of New Japan Pro Wrestling, premiering this Friday night at 9 p.m. ET on AXS TV.
