Big Show comes out and says he isn’t created equal to anyone, and his first day in wrestling saw him beat Hulk Hogan for the world championship. He says he did it because it was easy, then the fans chant ‘boring’ so Show laughs and says they are mediocre losers. Show says he doesn’t think Roman Reigns is any competition to him, and he is going to knock Reigns out and put him out of the ring. He says Reigns can sit home and watch him dominate WWE, and Reigns is a loser, so if you are a Reigns fan, they are losers too. Reigns comes down to the ring but Show starts walking away, and Reigns asks why Show is leaving if he isn’t a threat. Reigns says he doesn’t want ‘Big Show’s spot’, and he remembers Show’s WCW title win, but he was a little kid since it was so long ago. Reigns tells a story about magic beans and beanstalks and treasure, and says he didn’t care about the treasure and kicked the giant’s teeth down his throat. Reigns says the giant walked away like a coward, proving he’s the only loser, and Big Show can believe in that.
BP: As much crap as Reigns has gotten for his promos, he still gets a heck of a pop from the crowd. He definitely improved here, eventhough there were a few mistakes. This promo wasn’t groanworthy, and only proves Reigns does have the ability to get better with practice on the mic.
Roman Reigns vs Luke Harper
Reigns hits Harper a few times and knocks him outside as we go to a break, then we get back to see Harper whip Reigns into the steps. Reigns hits him a few times and comes back with a neckbreaker, then Harper rakes his eyes and hits a running big boot for two. Harper goes for a powerbomb but Reigns floats over and hits a side slam, then he calls for a Superman punch but Big Show distracts him long enough for Harper to block.
Harper hits him in the back and connects with a side slam for two, then he charges Reigns but Reigns ducks and goes for a rollup. Harper rolls through to avoid it but stands up and gets caught with a Superman punch, then Reigns stares Big Show down as he hits a basement dropkick. Show tries to go after him but Reigns kicks him in the face, then Harper hits a big boot, but Reigns counters a lariat with a spear for the win.
Show runs in and attacks Reigns, hitting him in the back and scoop slamming him before screaming in his face and knocking him out.
