*MVP, Kenny King and Eric Young called out Kurt Angle, Gunner and Austin Aries. MVP tried to get Angle’s team to walk away and forget the match. This leads to them all brawling in the cage. Low Ki and Samoa Joe hit the scene and take out Gunner by slamming his arm with a chair while it was trapped in the cage door. So, the idea is they took out a member of Team Angle before the match even started.
*Brooke Tessmacher defeated a Robbie E. in an Amazing Race. This was supposed to be a cage match but instead E challenged her to a race. They ran down the ramp, climbed the cage, then escaped and returned up the ramp. As silly as the premise was, they did a good job with this and the highlight was Brooke hitting a rana off the top onto E. in the ring. She actually did a hell of a job selling her knee too.
*Bobby Roode pinned Eric Young. Young was busted open during the bout. Long bout.
*Lethal Lockdown -Team Angle vs. The Beatdown Klan. Kenny King and Gunner were first. Third out was Low Ki, so BDK won the coin toss in order to build the drama. Fourth in was Austin Aries. Fifth was Samoa Joe. Sixth was Kurt Angle. Seventh was MVP. The idea was Angle had no final guy and finally Lashley came out. Weapons were used throughout as opposed to at the end, Lashley tried to make peace with BDK and then clotheslined him. He cleaned house but was overtaken by the BDK. Lashley speared and pinned MVP as the other trapped their opponents in submission holds. Good ending. Lashley and Aries teased heat after the match, as Aries acted like he was going to cash in his briefcase but eventually Angle brought peace and they shook hands. Everyone celebrated their win as the BDK promised this wasn’t over.
This will lead TNA right into the UK tapings.
