Paul Heyman Returns
Paul Heyman returned to Monday Night RAW tonight in Kansas City, MO representing his client, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar. The champion’s “advocate” addressed both Randy Orton and John Cena, who will fight inside Hell in a Cell this Sunday to determine the new contender to Lesnar’s title.
No AJ on Total Divas
It was announced earlier today that Paige and Alicia Fox, who have been teaming together recently on WWE programming, will be a part of the next season of Total Divas. Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com noted that one of the major reasons AJ Lee hasn’t, and likely won’t be featured on the show is that she’s married to former WWE Champion CM Punk.
For those who haven’t seen the series, Total Divas follows the ladies of WWE backstage, on the road, and at home on their days off, spending a lot of time focusing on their relationships and love life.
KILLAM: This was easily the best segment of the month, and some of the best work from Orton and Cena together in years. It really helped to sell the upcoming PPV and add importance to the title match next month. Probably next month. Maybe. As for AJ Lee in Total Divas, I think the MUCH bigger problem is that she just wouldn’t want to do the show, period.
