WWE Retapes Smackdown Match
The Kofi Kingston versus Seth Rollins match which is scheduled to air on this week’s episode of Smackdown had to be retaped due to a botched finish.
No word on what exactly happened, but the end of the match had to be retaped at the end of the show, with the second match going on a few minutes longer than the original. It was also noted that it may be just for this week, but The Authority’s new ‘stooges’, Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble, were at ringside keeping watch for Dean Ambrose.
WWE Superstar Possibly Working Through Injury
It was speculated that Kane was injured after several live event reports from last week mentioned he didn’t do much in-ring work during his matches. Kane appears to be fine after this week’s television tapings, and no other injury updates or reports have been stated.
