WWE RAW Results (9/29) – Miz vs Cesaro vs Ziggler, The Authority Seeks Ambrose!

After The Authority sends their team looking for him, Dean Ambrose comes to the ring and says he was in the concession stands and he came to a conclusion. He says he doesn’t like how the Authority runs things, so they will have a clearance sale and everything must go. He says the only thing he’s keeping is the briefcase, because it’s special and he saw what’s inside, so he knows why Rollins wants it back. Ambrose starts auctioning off some shirts, then Mercury and Noble come to the ring and ask for the briefcase. Ambrose dares them to come get it but they end up leaving, then he throws some shirts in the crowd before Rollins brings a security team out. Ambrose says Rollins can take the case without issue, and it belongs to him, then Ambrose goes into the crowd and Rollins watches him leave. Rollins opens it and a bunch of green mist sprays him in the face, then Ambrose laughs from the crowd and denies doing it while Rollins flips out in the ring.

Seth Rollins flips out backstage about what just happened, and he says he could have been blinded but Triple H just tells him to go to the trainer’s office. Randy Orton and Kane laugh and Rollins yells at them, then he leaves and HHH asks where Ambrose is. Kane says he was seen going to John Cena’s locker room, so HHH says they should be told Cena and Ambrose will team against Orton and Kane tonight. They hear a buzzing and everyone checks their phones, but the noise is coming from the briefcase, and Rollins walks back in and says it’s an electric razor before taking it with him.

BP: Dean Ambrose is printing money. He will go as far as WWE lets him, and they should pull the trigger now. He’s been hot, and with or without Roman Reigns here, Ambrose has been getting the best TV time since the split. I said Reigns could have the slow build, and could benefit from the Rumble and Wrestlemania rumored spots, but Ambrose is ready in the crowd’s eyes now. He’s this year’s Daniel Bryan. Another thing, I know the implication was something else, but the electric razor bit was funny.

Mark Henry vs Bo Dallas

Mark Henry comes out and talks about letting the fans down, then Bo Dallas says he lost to Rusev twice and he should close the Hall of Pain. Bo tells him to enter a Hall of Bo-lievers, then the bell rings and Henry whips him into the turnbuckles and hits him. Henry scoop slams him and headbutts him, then he goes for a slingshot bomb but Bo rolls away and hits a Bo-Dog for the win.

Winner – Bo Dallas

BP: This was the definition of a true upset, and it was perfectly executed. WWE uses the ‘upset victory’ schtick too many times, but this made sense. Bo used a miscue by Henry to win, and he’s definitely on a lower rung than Henry. Even more, the matchup felt organic considering Bo keeps insulting the losses of Rusev’s opponents. Good segment.
