Lucha Dragons (c) vs. The Ascension
Konnor starts off against Sin Cara and bullies him around the ring with ease. Lots of cover attempts for no reason. Sin Cara with a corkscrew armbar off the second rope, and Kalisto tags in and hits a springboard splash for two. Konnor tags to Viktor and the Ascension now begin their numbers game on Kalisto. Eventually he hits a dropkick and comes off the top rope with a double knee takedown, and makes the hot tag to Sin Cara. Tilt-the-whirl head-scissors takedown from Sin Cara and a Rolling Thunder variant from Kalisto. The Ascension once again takes control with the double team, as Kalisto has been in the ring for most of the match. They’re still in control after a commercial break, with Konnor in a rest hold and the fans trying to get the champs back into the action. Konnor lifts him up for a backbreaker, and Viktor tags in and hits a double ax handle from the top rope. Ascension maintain dominance for another couple of minutes, until Kalisto finally makes the hot tag. Sin Cara with a springboard crossbody, a flying crossbody, and a springboard splash to take Viktor down. He gets thrown to the floor, but Hideo Itami’s music hits and the Japanese star makes his way out to the entrance ramp. Kalisto hits Solido del Sol for the 1-2-3 on Viktor, as Konnor is distraction.
Winners: Lucha Dragons
Hideo rushes Konnor and starts slapping the hell out of him. He levels him with a kick and stands tall to end the show.
