(2) Bayley def. Sasha Banks. Banks was in control as the heel most of the match, and Bayley ended up hitting the belly-to-belly suplex for the win. After the match, Bayley talks about winning the NXT Women’s Championship at the Network special, and Charlotte comes out to confront her. The champ gives a “Woo!” and Bayley that being champ is a big responsibility and honor, and she’s just too nice to do it. Bayley says nobody is taking her seriously, but she will be champion after Takeover. Charlotte tells her to stick to hugging people, since it’s what she does best. The challenger puts out her hand, but Charlotte blows her off and leaves the ring.
Bull Dempsey tells Mojo Rawley that he is all hype, and he’ll need a priest at Takeover when he hits him like a wrecking ball.
(3) Bull Dempsey def. Angelo Dawkins. Actually not a completely one-sided match, with Dawkins getting some offense in. Bull catches him out of the air and hits the Bulldozer for the win.
(4) Tyson Kidd & Tyler Breeze def. Sami Zayn & Adrian Neville. This was a long match, with both sides trading advantage, and lots of shenanigans from the heels. Natalya wasn’t ringside for a change. Zayn ended up accidentally hitting the Helluva Kick on Neville, Zayn hits the Blue Thunder Bomb on Breeze, and Kidd took advantage of the fallen champion to pick up the win.
To close out the show, Sami Zayn comes back and hits the Helluva Kick on Tyson Kidd. He takes the NXT Championship and stands over all three guys to end the show.
