Renee Young announced during the Money in the Bank pre-show that Intercontinental Champion Bad News Barrett has been officially removed from tonight's ladder match.
Barrett suffered an injury at Tuesday's WWE Smackdown taping after a match with Dean Ambrose, in a post-match brawl that involved Seth Rollins and Jack Swagger. Neither WWE or Barrett has yet to make an official statement on the champion's condition, and at this time it is unknown how much time he will be missing.
