TNA hosted the first of their three television taping events today in New York City. Below is part one, day one, and will be airing on July 17th.

-Kurt Angle cut a pre-show promo for the live crowd, talking about the 6-sided ring and bringing TNA back to its roots. He brought out Taz who talked about New York and the history of ECW. This was a big segment all about change coming to TNA and making some big movements towards its future. Unfortunately it won't be on television…
-The show kicks off with Tommy Dreamer and Bully Ray, who hype up the NYC crowd. Bully promises to put Dixie Carter through a table. Dreamer said they were in the new house of extreme, and mentioned the fans were the reason changes were coming. Ethan Carter III and Rhino cut them off and told them Dixie wasn't going through a table. Dreamer says TNA isn't a PG program, and wants to see more action (amen!) before a brawl breaks out.
