Triple H comes out and puts over Money In The Bank, talking about the Championship ladder match and the newly announced traditional contract match. He says Seth Rollins was already announced, but Kofi Kingston, Jack Swagger, Dolph Ziggler, Rob Van Dam, and Bad News Barrett are the other participants in the match. HHH says you can argue that anyone can win, but his favorite is Seth Rollins, who is a ring general and the future of WWE. Rollins comes out and says he dropped the dead weight and they can complain all they want, but he created The Shield and he has the right to destroy it.
Rollins says The Shield did get him this far, but he is going to win the briefcase himself, and they will call him Mr. Money In The Bank on Sunday. Rob Van Dam comes out and says he doesn't think Rollins takes him seriously, but Rollins cracks some jokes about RVD being past his prime. RVD says he is a former briefcase holder and WWE Champion, but he wants to live in the present and beat Rollins now, and HHH makes it happen.
Seth Rollins vs Rob Van Dam
RVD whips Rollins and monkey flips him, then he connects with a spinning heel kick and a clothesline that sends Rollins to the floor. RVD hits a slingshot splash and a moonsault from the apron as we go to a break, then we get back to see Rollins suplex RVD and follow with some punches and a clothesline. Rollins picks him up but RVD gets a near fall with a legsweep pin, then he connects with a thrust kick and a spinning heel kick. RVD hits Rolling Thunder and heads up top, but Rollins tries to knock him down so RVD jumps down and hits a tornado DDT. RVD heads back up top and goes for a Five Star Frog Splash, but Rollins rolls away before repeatedly punching him. Rollins hits a buckle bomb and Curb Stomp, then he goes for the cover but Dean Ambrose runs in and attacks him, throwing him into the timekeeper's area and repeatedly punching him until it is broken up. Ambrose says they might as well put him in the Money In The Bank match, because he is still showing up regardless and he will beat the hell out of Rollins and ruin the whole show if he has to.
Winner (by disqualification) – Seth Rollins
