Main Show:
Adam Rose vs Camacho
Rose taunts Camacho and dances around, then he tries for a headlock but Camacho hits a side slam and a double underhook suplex. Camacho hits Rose a few more times before applying a headlock, then he hits a legdrop and follows with a headbutt. He whips Rose but Rose kicks him in the head, then he hits an elevated spinebuster and follows with a corner kick to the stomach. Rose runs across the ring and hits a seated turnbuckle splash (like a Bronco Buster, no bouncing) and follows with a Party Foul for the win.
Winner – Adam Rose
BP: Rose looked MUCH better than they have portrayed him on RAW and Smackdown. The smaller arena and fan energy does help, but he wrestled a completely different match from his main roster debut. I like his character, so I hope we see more of this in the next few weeks.
NXT Tag Team Championship
Kalisto & El Local vs The Ascension (c)
Konnor and Viktor attack their opponents but Kalisto and Local hurricanrana them outside, then the Ascension rebound with forearm strikes through the ropes that block a suicide dive attempt. Konnor hits Kalisto and and Viktor places him in the tree of woe position, then they both stomp him and Viktor hits a driving slam for two. He throws Kalisto outside and Konnor throws him into the apron, then Kalisto kicks him into the barricade and uses a headscissors to slam Viktor's head into the apron. Kalisto elbows Viktor in the head and tags out, then Local hits some forearms and follows with a springboard crossbody and a springboard moonsault. Konnor breaks up the pin but Kalisto sends him outside, then Local goes for a top rope dive but Viktor ducks and hits an STO before Konnor assists with Fall of Man for the win.
Winners – The Ascension
BP: Decent match that played to both teams' strengths. I am familiar with The Ascension, but this is the first I've seen Ricardo wrestle as El Local. Except for a sloppy crossbody, he looked good.
