We get the intro cut off by the Wyatt Family, and Bray starts singing in the ring and says people think it's alright but everything is wrong. He tells a story about a teacher that called him a piece of trash, and she knew he was evil, but he stands there as a God and a visionary. Bray says he's got the world in his hands, then the crowd sings his song, and he says his payback is this, but she was right about one thing. Bray says he is the evil that balances the world out, and people get behind him and he will take John Cena down at Payback. He says Luke Harper will put Cena down tonight, then Cena comes out so Harper and Rowan run up to cut him off. Cena runs in from the crowd and drops Bray with an Attitude Adjustment, then he runs away as Harper and Rowan chase him away.
Cesaro (w/ Paul Heyman) vs Sheamus
Cesaro slaps Sheamus so Sheamus clotheslines him and goes for Ten Beats, but Cesaro rolls outside and regroups. Sheamus chases him but Cesaro stomps him on the way in the ring, then Sheamus takes him down and hits Ten Beats on the apron. He goes for a rolling fireman's carry but Cesaro floats over, then he regroups with Heyman and tries to outrun Sheamus again. Cesaro goes for a clothesline but Sheamus ducks and knocks him down, then Cesaro snaps Sheamus' head on the ropes and punches him in the corner. Sheamus hits a Battering Ram and goes for a crossbody, but Cesaro ducks and Sheamus hits the floor as we go to a break.
We get back to see Sheamus fight out of a headlock, then he hits an Irish Curse for two before tackling Cesaro in the corner. He connects with a running high knee and a rolling senton, then he picks Cesaro up but Cesaro reverses a whip and sends Sheamus chest first into the turnbuckles. Sheamus kicks him and heads up top, but Cesaro connects with a spinning uppercut in midair and gets a two count. They get up and slug it out before Sheamus hits a powerslam, then Heyman distracts the ref so Sheamus goes after him but Cesaro hits a German suplex with a bridge for the win.
BP: Great matchup between the two with an underhanded win. I like the dynamic these two have. I especially liked when Sheamus still asked for a handshake postmatch, and Cesaro blew it off and walked away. Hopefully a sign of this becoming a feud down the line.
