Scott Hall posted the following on Twitter this weekend:
ATTENTION: I've made no commitments to appear in New Orleans at this time. I'm a businessman and am welcoming offers. Thanks #BadGuy

Whether this is in response to the rumors of him making a return to the WWE, or being advertised by independent promotions for the huge WrestleMania weekend remains to be seen. For what it's worth, he posted this right after:
Hey yo..@RealKevinNash and @TheRealXPac wanna have a Wolfpac reunion in New Orleans during WM? #Kliq

Several reports indicate that WWE has plans to announce Scott Hall as a part of the Hall of Fame class of 2014, although that has yet to be confirmed. If true, the former Razor Ramon would go in alongside friend Jake "The Snake" Roberts, Lita, and the Ultimate Warrior. If Hall is to be inducted, the announcement will likely be made this week on Monday Night Raw as the last "big name" for this year's ceremony. It is also expected that WWE will posthumously honor Paul Bearer, who passed away prior to WrestleMania 29.
