Dixie Carter held a company meeting this week to address a few issues and concerns, reports PWInsider. The meeting was held at their offices in Nashville and covered a variety of topics, including TV tapings, Jeff Jarrett's departure and more.
Regarding Jeff Jarrett leaving TNA, Dixie called it a "business decision" and didn't elaborate further. It's worth noting that several reports suggest Jarrett still has small ownership in the company.
Rumors have also been circulating that Jeff Jarrett and country music star Toby Keith are working on a new wrestling project/company. It's being said that once negotiations broke down regarding Keith possibly buying TNA, Jarrett decided to resign from the company at that point.
Dixie Carter also addressed the future of TNA tapings moving forward, and admitted that there are still no confirmed plans after March. Carter said she's still confident a deal will be worked out with Orlando Studios. However, TNA is looking for other possible locations for its tapings.
Regarding TNA's Lockdown pay-per-view, it's expected to be held somewhere in the Miami, Florida area, although a location hasn't been announced yet.
