Who Does Ryback Blame for the Consistent “Goldberg” Chants?, Does He Think He Will Ever Face Goldberg?

Ryback WWE star Ryback recently did an interview down in Mumbai, while he was there promoting WWE 2K14. The following are highlights from the interview:

On who's to blame for the "Goldberg" chants:

"When I first started with WWE, I did not get that [Goldberg chants] right away. But then the WWE.com website actually posted an article – because people that run the website aren't necessarily the ones at TV – and they wrote that I channeled Bill Goldberg before my matches, which is completely false. So whatever creative genius did that… a bunch of people read that article on the .COM, and the chants started a week after because of that brilliant article that was posted."

On eventually having a match with Goldberg in WWE:

"It's something that never bothers me, but I'm a man of my own identity and eventually the people that keep chanting it, they're going to make me a ton of money because I'm going to have to beat him eventually. We'll get him back and I'll beat him."

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
