Punk hits a running knee strike as Brock pulls himself up, then he backs up and hits a second, then tries a third but Brock blocks it. He turns to Punk and gets hit with a roundhouse kick in the head, then Punk hits a top rope elbow for two before calling for a GTS. Brock counters but Punk comes back with another strike to the head, then he goes for another GTS but Brock lands on his feet and puts Punk in the Kimura. Brock gets him to the mat and grapevines it, but Punk counters with an armbar and several kicks to the face before he transitions to a triangle choke. Punk tries to hold it but Brock deadlifts him and slams him on the mat, then Brock fights off another attempt by lifting Punk and powerbombing him.
Brock hits a few suplexes and heads outside, then he goes for a chair but Punk dives on him from the top rope and knocks him down. Punk grabs the chair and hits him in the back, then he rolls back in the ring and swings again but Brock blocks it and winds up. Punk low blows him and grabs the chair, then he heads back up top and hits a diving elbow with the chair for two before hitting Brock in the back with it. Punk plays to the crowd and hits him with the chair again, then Heyman tries to grab the chair and Brock sets up a F-5, but Punk grabs Heyman’s tie. Punk blocks the hold and counters with a GTS but Heyman breaks up the pin, then he punches Punk a few times before he tries to apologize.
He runs away as Punk reaches for him, then they run around the ring and Brock goes for another F-5 but Punk counters with a tornado DDT for two. Punk puts him in the Anaconda Vise but Heyman tries to bring a chair in, then Punk steps on it and Heyman tries to get Punk to move. Punk grabs Heyman and lays him out with a right hand, then he puts him in the Anaconda Vise but Brock smashes Punk with the chair to get him to break it. Brock hits him a few more times before picking Punk up, then he hits a F-5 on the chair and makes the cover to pick up the win.
