WWE RAW Results (7/22) – Punk Officially Challenges Lesnar, Daniel Bryan Fights Three Times To Prove Himself

Ryback sets up a Meathook but Bryan knees him in the head, then he connects with two running dropkicks but Ryback blocks a third with a clothesline. Ryback goes for a table but Bryan hits a suicide dive that sends Ryback into the commentary table, then he kicks Ryback on the floor but Ryback throws him into the ring steps. Ryback puts the table into position as Bryan rolls in the ring, then Bryan kicks him several times before counters a kick with a powerbomb attempt. Bryan rolls through and gets a two count, then he goes for the YES Lock but Ryback blocks it and throws him into the corner. Bryan comes back with a stiff kick and a top rope missile dropkick for two, then he puts Ryback in the YES Lock but Ryback makes it to the ropes.

Ryback rolls outside so Bryan leaps at him, but Ryback catches him and slams him on the floor before powerbombing him through the table. Ryback picks Bryan up again but John Cena runs out for the save, and he hits Ryback several times before clotheslining him out of the ring. Cena says if Ryback wants to put Bryan through a table after this type of fight, he can face him in a tables match, and Ryback accepts as trainers check on Bryan on the floor. Brad Maddox is shown watching when Vince McMahon walks in, and Maddox says he has next week's main event but Vince says there's more. Vince says they can't deny Bryan more competition, and he should face someone close to him, so Maddox announces Bryan will face Kane. While this is going on Cena helps Bryan up, then he celebrates in the ring, not knowing what is in store for him next week.

Winner (by disqualification) – Daniel Bryan
