Jericho goes for a Codebreaker but Axel counters and throws Jericho throat first into the ropes, then he hits a Perfect Plex but Jericho kicks out at two. Axel gets pissed and taunts Jericho and punches him, then he goes for a neckbreaker but Jericho blocks it and puts him in the Walls of Jericho. Axel pulls himself to the ropes to break it, then Jericho runs and shoves him off the apron and into the broadcast table, and Axel talks trash to Miz (at commentary) as he gets up. Heyman tries to pull Axel away as Miz teases a fight, then Heyman tells him to get in the ring. Heyman says he will get counted out if he doesn't listen, then Axel rolls inside but Jericho surprises him with a Codebreaker to pick up the win.

Josh Mathews joins Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow for an interview, and he wants to know how being in the Money In The Bank match will affect their friendship. Sandow says it won't, and if he doesn't win, he hopes it's Cody and he thinks Cody feels the same way. Mathews tries to ask Cody but Sandow says he already told him, then Zeb Colter comes over with Jack Swagger and Antonio Cesaro and starts talking about the state of the country. Zeb makes a comment about Cody's father, Dusty Rhodes, when Wade Barrett walks over and tries to say why he will win. Zeb says he doesn't know what he said, then they all start arguing when Fandango dances into the shot and tries to say his name. Wade repeatedly tells him not to do it, then Fandango starts to speak so Wade knocks him out, then Swagger stares down Cody as the segment ends.
Sin Cara vs Alberto Del Rio
Alberto throws Cara into the ropes and Cara comes back with an armdrag, then he kicks Alberto and takes him down with another armdrag. Alberto shoves him in the corner and rams him with his shoulder, but Cara comes back with a hurricanrana and a kick to the chest. Cara heads up top but Alberto surprises him with a step up enziguiri for two, then he knees him in the back of the head and tears at Cara's mask. Alberto sends him into the ropes but Cara counters with a back handspring elbow, then he heads to the corner but Alberto catches him with another kick to the head. Alberto throws him on the mat as Dolph Ziggler cuts him off, and Cara tries to roll him up while Dolph apologizes for injuring Ricardo. Dolph mocks him with an introduction and calls him a coward, then Alberto superkicks Cara and goes after Dolph. They brawl in front of the ramp until Alberto stomps Dolph's head and arm, then he tries to throw Dolph into the steps but Cara runs the turnbuckles and takes Alberto out with a flying crossbody.
