According to F4WOnline.com, the Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame ceremony, which is taking place in Waterloo, Iowa in a few weeks is facing several attendance issues. We reported last week that Ric Flair, who is scheduled to be inducted, will not be attending due to a previous booking, and now it's being said that Bill Watts, who is also scheduled to be inducted, will not be attending. Chris Taylor, who is a third inductee this year, passed away decades ago.
