Alberto kicks Cena out of the ring and tells the ref to count, then Cena gets on the apron so Alberto goes after him but Cena snaps his head on the ropes. Cena goes for a suplex but Alberto floats over and hits a Backstabber for two, then he calls for the Cross Armbreaker but Cena counters with a side slam. He hits the Five Knuckle Shuffle and calls for the Attitude Adjustment, but Alberto counters with a German suplex and goes for a superkick. Cena hits a belly-to-belly suplex for two, then Alberto surprises him with an enziguiri but Cena still kicks out of the pin attempt. Alberto goes for another but Cena ducks, then he goes for the STF but Alberto counters with a backbreaker for two. Alberto lifts Cena into the tree of woe position and kicks his shoulder, then he backs up and tries to tackle him but Cena sits up and Alberto hits the ringpost.
Cena pulls himself up to the top turnbuckle and connects with a crossbody block for two, then Cena goes for another Attitude Adjustment but Alberto counters. He goes for the Cross Armbreaker but Cena rolls through and puts him in the STF, but he soon lets go as Mark Henry makes his way to ringside. Cena watches Henry so Alberto tries to steal a pin, but Cena kicks out so Alberto kicks him in the head and gets another near fall. Dolph Ziggler runs out and perches himself on the top turnbuckle, then Alberto turns and gets distracted by him so Cena lifts him and hits an Attitude Adjustment for the win. Henry takes the WWE Championship from the timekeeper and enters the ring, then he feigns hitting Cena with it before dropping it in the ring and smiling on his way out.
