They bring out the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2013. Donald Trumps gets major heat.
John Cena comes out first for the WWE Championship match, followed by The Rock. No major fanfare, just their regular entrances.

John Cena vs. The The Rock (c)
They lock up, and John Cena takes the first advantage with a shoulder block. They lock up again, and Rock takes it with a shoulder tackle. Cena leapfrogs off an Irish Whip, but gets taken out with an armdrag, and rolls to the outside to collect himself. The lock up again and Cena takes the advantage, sending the Rock into the corner, but he explodes out of it with a huge clothesline. Cena locks in a side headlock, but Rocky gets back to his feet, only to get taken back down to the mat into the headlock. The rest hold is locked in for several moments before Rock fires off a few shoulders to the gut, transitioning into a sleeper hold of his own.
"Boring" chant starts up and Cena fights out of the hold, but misses an elbow drop. Rock lands a Samoan Drop – the crowd is still pretty dead. Cena with a Fisherman's Suplex, followed by two shoulder tackles. Rock counters, but gets countered with two more shoulder tackles. Rock counters the spin-out powerbomb and applies the Sharpshooter! Cena gets to the ropes and the champ is forced to break the hold. Cena runs into a DDT, but when Rock goes for the Rock Bottom, Cena counters into the STF!
Rock fights his way out of the hold, but runs into the spin-out powerbomb. Cena goes for the 5-Knuckle Shuffle, but Rock blocks it and lands a spinebuster. He goes for the People's Elbow, but Cena blocks it and locks in the STF. Rock powers out of the submission and hits the Rock's Bottom – Cena kicks out. Rock goes for it again, Cena counters and hits the Attitude Adjustment, landing the Great One on his head. 1…2…Rock kicks out.
John Cena heads to the top rope and tries for the leg drop, but Rock moves out of the way and hits the People's Elbow – Cena kicks out. They slowly make their way to their feet and trade blows, until Cena lifts up Rock for the AA; he counters and lands the Rock Bottom again! 1…2…Cena kicks out! Rock looks around the arena and holds his hand out in front of him. He says "you can't see me" to John Cena and tries for the Five Knuckle Shuffle. Cena pops up and lands the AA! 1…2….Rock kicks out!
They both slowly fight back to their feet, trading blows until Cena comes out of nowhere with the Rock Bottom! He thinks about it for a minute, then smiles as he slowly skips around the ring, mocking the People's Elbow. Rock pops up to catch him, but Cena has stopped and is smiling at him from the ropes. He waves his hand in front of him and goes for the AA, but Rock counters with the Rock Bottom! 1…2…NO!
The two trade off attempting their finishers until Rock plants the challenger with a huge DDT. Rock stalks his opponent and tries for the Rock Bottom, but Cena counters into the Attitude Adjustment. 1…2…3.
Results: WINNER AND NEW CHAMPION, JOHN CENA!
After the match, The Rock gets to his feet and John Cena celebrates with the WWE Championship. They stare each other down, and have a discussion that – of course – we can't hear. Cena's music fades out, and the two embrace in the center of the ring.
Cena points to The Rock and his music hits as the new WWE Champion leaves the ring and allows the Great One to celebrate. Rock celebrates…his loss…with his family. He makes his way to the entrance ramp and lifts John Cena's arm into the air as his music goes off and pyro fills the arena.
