Hardy catches Bully offguard and knocks him down, then Hardy falls into the door and almost ends up out of the ring but Bully pulls him back in. Bully goes to a side headlock, then he elbows Hardy for a near fall before backdropping him and setting up a slingshot bomb in the corner. Hardy rolls away and Bully hits the mat, then he goes for a Twist of Fate but Bully blocks it and tries to drop him with a Bubba Bomb. Hardy blocks it and successfully hits a Twist of Fate, then Garret Bischoff and Wes Brisco hit the ring and start climbing the cage. They make it into the ring but Hardy fights them off, then Bully helps him take care of things and he ducks down and assists Hardy in hitting Poetry In Motion in the corner.
Bully tells Hardy to open the cage door, then they throw Garret and Wes out of the ring before turning towards each other and slugging it out. Hardy sends him into the ropes and knocks him down with a diving elbow, then Hardy hits a legdrop and a seated dropkick for a near fall. Hardy tries to escape over the cage wall but Bully cuts him off, then Bully climbs up and chops him before Hardy punches him right back. He kicks Bully in the head as he falls to the mat, then Bully, dazed, falls and splashes him for a near fall before Hardy tries to escape again. Bully gets right up and cuts him off, then Hardy tries to knee him in the head but Bully picks him up and powerbombs him off the turnbuckles.
Bully makes the cover but Hardy somehow kicks out, then Hulk and Brooke Hogan make their way out to ringside to try and cheer Bully on. Hulk yells at Bully to get up, then he tells him to keep going and Bully pulls himself up on the ropes as Hulk screams that there are more Aces coming to the ring. Bully and Hardy aim to defend themselves, and Bully tosses him a chain, then they go back to back as they wait for the Aces to enter the ring. Devon climbs down to the top turnbuckle but just stands there, then he tosses Bully a hammer and nods at him while Bully waits for Hardy to turn around. Bully nails Hardy with the hammer and celebrates with Devon, then he makes the cover as Hulk looks on in disbelief. Bully screams at them after the match and says he used Hogan and screwed Brooke, then he announces himself as President of the Aces and Eights and taunts the crowd as they throw trash in the ring.
