Orton holds on and dares him to come at him, then he ducks a strike and backdrops Cesaro outside as we go to another break. We get back to see Cesaro pull Orton up to the turnbuckles, then Orton tries to knock him down so Cesaro snaps his head on the ropes and rolls him in for a near fall. Cesaro applies a three-quarters facelock but Orton punches his way out, then Orton hits the ropes but Cesaro catches him with a tilt-a-whirl slam for two. Cesaro hits a fallaway gutwrench slam for another near fall, then he taunts Orton and slaps the back of his head before applying a sleeperhold. Orton makes it to his feet and elbows Cesaro to break it, then he hits the ropes and connects with a clothesline and a powerslam.
Orton whips Cesaro across the ring but Cesaro knees Orton in the corner, then he leaps off the middle turnbuckles and hits Orton with a spinning uppercut for two. Cesaro gets up and argues with Miz about the count, then Orton hits a backbreaker and Cesaro rolls out to the apron. Orton grabs him to set up for a DDT but Cesaro pokes him in the eyes, then he punches Orton in the corner until Miz yells at him for the cheap shot. Miz tells Cesaro to watch it but Cesaro says he had better stay away, then Miz backs off as Orton gets up and RKO's Cesaro for the win. Miz helps Cesaro up after the match and pretends to check on him, but he drops him with a quick Skull Crushing Finale and calls him a crybaby.

Vickie is backstage for another roulette segment, and the wheel lands on 'make me laugh', with Ryback being the Superstar with the task. He heads out to the ring and Titus tells a lame joke, then Ryback asks what has four eyes, twenty fingers and will be unconscious. Titus goes after Ryback but he sends both of them to the mat, then he drops Young with a quick spinebuster. Ryback calls for Titus to get up, then he hits him with a Meathook and Shell Shocked. Young helps Titus out of the ring, then Striker says that was funny but Ryback kicks him and drops him with Shell Shocked.
