Antonio Cesaro successfully defeated the Miz to retain the United States Championship, during tonight's WWE Royal Rumble pre-show, exclusively on WWE.com and YouTube! Cesaro hit Miz with the Neutralizer in the middle of the ring, and picked up the win with a clean pinfall victory.
