Sheamus comes out and says the beating he gave Big Show tonight felt great, but he's here to talk about the Newcomer of the Year award. He says he won the award three years ago and achieve great things so far, and he can't say anything more about the nominees besides telling them they're off to great starts. We get back from a break to hear Ryback announced as the winner, then Ryback comes out and shakes his hand before quoting Owen Hart. He says 'enough is enough, and it's time for a change,' and he is that change, then he chants 'Feed Me More' and heads to the ring.
Ryback vs Antonio Cesaro
Cesaro punches Ryback in the face and sends him into the ropes, but Ryback counters with a Thesz press before slamming Cesaro's head on the mat. Cesaro uppercuts the back of the head by Ryback comes back with a vertical suplex, then he whips him across the ring and charges after him. Cesaro kicks him in the face and drops him with a spinebuster, then he sets up for the Neutralizer but Ryback counters with a backdrop. Ryback hits a spinebuster and sets up for a Meathook clothesline, but Cesaro rolls outside and grabs his title before trying to leave. Ryback picks him up and press slams him over the ropes, but Cesaro rolls to the other side of the ring and walks backstage as he gets counted out.

'Mean' Gene Okerlund, Ricky Steamboat and Jim Ross come to the stage for the final Slammy of the night, and Steamboat says match of the year is important to him. He says he has won match of the year before, then JR says he has had the pleasure of calling some great bouts in his career. They shows clips of the nominees before the break, then we get back and Undertaker vs HHH is announced as the winner, and HHH comes out to accept. HHH jokes about his buzzcut and says it's ironic because he won a Slammy for Best Hair in 1997, then he says he got to be a part of a magical event. He says he was lucky to be at Wrestlemania with two guys he respects like no other, then he tells the fans they haven't seen the last of the Undertaker.
