Linda McMahon's Campaign "Screws" Workers
Gawker.com recently published a follow-up article on part-time workers for Linda McMahon's political campaign. Originally, several workers complained to a news source that the McMahon campaign failed to compensate them for their work; they were eventually given checks, but many of them bounced. McMahon's camp has since sent out replacement checks and voided the originals, and await follow-up from the disgruntled former-employees.
One campaign worker complained about a particularly inappropriate incident, and claims the campaign team was upset after he spoke to local news. "Basically he handed me a check with a condom in it, told me I was screwed."
