Miz counters a side suplex and tries to slam Sheamus, but Sheamus suplexes him on the top rope then repeatedly clubs his chest. Sheamus follows Miz outside and stares at Big Show, but Miz shoves him into the commentary table then whips him into the ringpost. Miz clotheslines him and gets a near fall, then he puts him in a chinlock as we go to a commercial break. We come back to see Miz hit a clotheline, then he connects with a double axe handle smash before choking Sheamus on the ropes. Miz hits a leg lariat then punches Sheamus on the apron, and he drags Sheamus outside and whips him into the ring steps. Miz rolls him inside and puts him in a side headlock, but Sheamus elbows his way out of it so Miz knocks him down then connects with a neckbreaker/backbreaker combo.
Miz kicks him in the ribs and steps on his throat, then he connects with some mounted punches but misses a diving clothesline. Sheamus hits a corner clothesline and goes for White Noise, then Miz counters and runs at him but Sheamus hits a powerslam for a two count. He punches Miz in the head and goes up top, then he connects with a top rope shoulder tackle and follows with another White Noise attempt. Miz counters with a swinging DDT for a near fall, then he tries to kick Sheamus in the face but Sheamus ducks and goes for the Texas Cloverleaf. Miz kicks him away and attempts to lock in the Skull Crushing Finale, but Sheamus shoves him back and finally connects with White Noise and a Brogue Kick for the win.

Dolph Ziggler is shown pacing outside of Vince McMahon's office, then Vickie Guerrero walks out and says she has great news. Vickie says Dolph is not only on the team, but he is the captain of the team, and Dolph says it's about time. CM Punk walks over and says the only reason Dolph stole his spot is because Vince is a cranky bastard and he wants revenge. Punk says he'll get to the bottom of this, but Vickie says she is in charge and made a match between Dolph and Punk against John Cena and Ryback. Vickie walks away and Dolph and Punk flip out, then Punk asks what is wrong with her and feigns punching Vince's door but walks away.
