CM Punk is shown warming up in his locker room, and Paul Heyman tells him Vince McMahon doesn't care that he's the WWE Champion at all. He says Punk put them in a corner and Vince will spend his time making them miserable, but they may be OK if Punk beats the hell out of him. Heyman says Punk needs to hurt him so much that Vince never makes another decision again, then Punk says he is going to enjoy hurting him, so Heyman should enjoy it too.

Punk runs out and attacks Vince during his entrance, then he throws him into the ring apron and repeatedly stomps him on the floor. Punk rolls him in and taunts the crowd, then Vince gets up and tackles Punk on the mat. He gets a few punches in but Punk shoves him away, then he kicks Vince in the head and walks over his back. Punk throws him back outside and slams his head into the broadcast table, then he hops over the table and takes a headset. He mocks Vince's old commentary style and punches him in the head, then he lifts him up for a GTS but Vince shoves him into the ringpost. Vince gets up and reveals a bloodied left eye, then he throws Punk across the table and grabs a microphone. He says he's going to teach Punk about respect, then he dives over the table and repeatedly punches Punk in the head with the mic handle. Vince throws a chair into Punk before rolling him inside, then he gets a kendo stick from under the ring and swings, but Punk dives away.
Punk stands up and looks around, then he tells Heyman they need to get out of there but Vince cuts him off and hits him in the face with the kendo stick. Vince grabs the title and dares him to come take it, then Punk tries to get in the ring a few times before reaching under the ring and getting his own kendo stick. Punk gets in the ring and they beat the hell out of each other, then Vince gains momentum and knocks Punk down but Punk drops him with a low blow. Punk throws the weapons outside and calls for a GTS, then he lifts him up but Ryback comes out and Punk runs away. John Cena runs out and punches Punk and throws him inside, then he hits a quick lariat and sets up for Shell Shocked. Punk floats over and runs away, then he grabs his title and runs through the crowd as Vince yells at him and says he hopes he learned about respect. Vince says Punk is going to make a choice, and he will pick Ryback or Cena as an opponent, or he'll make the decision for him next week.
