After The Match: Robbie’s Almost Break Up
After the match, Devon celebrates the fact that he retained his title as he heads to the back. Meanwhile, in the ring, Robbie E. is freaking out. Robbie backs into Terry, who looks pissed about what just went down. Robbie E. tries to explain things to Terry, before giving him a big cozy hug. Terry pushes Robbie E’s arms away, teasing a break up. However, Terry ultimately grabs Robbie E. around the neck like a little brother and gives him a noogie. Robbie E. looks quite relieved that Terry wasn’t mad anymore.
Jeff Hardy vs. Mr. Anderson
Both guys come out to the ring. The bell sounds and this one is underway. Hardy and Anderson each slap hands before circling each other and preparing to get down to business. Anderson muscles Hardy into a corner and then breaks clean. Another lock up and Anderson goes right into a headlock. Hardy fights his way out but gets knocked down by an Anderson shoulder block. Hardy fires back with a hip-toss. Hardy blocks a hip-toss from Anderson and then hits a series of arm-drags, going right into an arm bar on the final one. Anderson goes to the outside and Hardy catches him with a dropkick through the ropes. Hardy follows Anderson to the outside and sends him head first into the ring apron and the steel ring steps. Hardy pulls the steps out from the ring and uses them to launch himself. Anderson moves, but Hardy doesn’t crash into the guard rail, catching himself, then hitting Anderson with a clothesline and sending him into the ring. Hardy follows, and Anderson hits a nasty kick to Hardy’s ribs. Anderson twists Hardy’s arm driving his shoulder into Hardy’s. Anderson arm drags Hardy to the mat and drives his knee into Hardy’s shoulder repeatedly. Anderson goes into a keylock, but Hardy fights right up to his feet. Anderson punches at Hardy’s arm and takes him down for two with a flying arm bar. Hardy comes back with a couple of clotheslines, an elbow, and a big flying clothesline. Anderson hits Hardy with a back elbow and sends him into the corner. Anderson avoids the poetry in motion. Anderson hits the twist of fate and covers Hardy for two. Anderson goes for a swanton, but Hardy is able to get his knees up. Hardy goes up and goes for the swanton, hitting it and pinning Anderson for another two count. The finish comes when after a punching exchange, Hardy hits an inverted atomic drop and tries for his low dropkick, however it’s blocked by Anderson. Anderson rolls Hardy up, and it’s an odd-ass three count, but the bell rings nonetheless and apparently Anderson just won. Anderson looks confused and the fans don’t seem happy with the finish.
